I picked up these books mostly for my daughter， to see if I could challenge her budding 3-year-old mind and craving for more stories。 I must admit that， at first， I didn't care for the stories， but as I progressed from one volume to the next， the style of the author grew on me。 I also enjoy the concept of using a Treehouse as a physical representation of stories， adding 13 each book through 13 chapters。 This book might be my favorite of the 3 Treehouse books I read。 Probably because I like chees I picked up these books mostly for my daughter， to see if I could challenge her budding 3-year-old mind and craving for more stories。 I must admit that， at first， I didn't care for the stories， but as I progressed from one volume to the next， the style of the author grew on me。 I also enjoy the concept of using a Treehouse as a physical representation of stories， adding 13 each book through 13 chapters。 This book might be my favorite of the 3 Treehouse books I read。 Probably because I like cheesy jokes， of which this book has one on EACH page （at the bottom）。 Or perhaps it's because I have no aversion to the dentist:） 。。。more

My son and I just re-read this and frankly I've lost track of which I've read or reviewed。 I don't think I've read any of them 100% as they are read at bedtime and my wife and I alternate who reads to which kid each night so I never get the whole story。 Not that it matters because they are all the same at the end of the day。 Andy and Terry have truly cottoned on to a wonderful yearly money earner writing a variant of the same story with the same jokes， full of daft humour， ridiculous situations， My son and I just re-read this and frankly I've lost track of which I've read or reviewed。 I don't think I've read any of them 100% as they are read at bedtime and my wife and I alternate who reads to which kid each night so I never get the whole story。 Not that it matters because they are all the same at the end of the day。 Andy and Terry have truly cottoned on to a wonderful yearly money earner writing a variant of the same story with the same jokes， full of daft humour， ridiculous situations， quite blatant attempts to expand page counts with repetitive nonsense etc。 It's a joy for the most part。 My 7 yr old loves them and the younger one is starting to like them too。 Good stuff， keep them coming。 。。。more
